Changes at Weighing Scales
First things first, Weighing Scales are pleased to introduce our new team members, Megan and Leila! Behind the scenes, Leila will be working on the smooth running of the office and accounts and Megan will be taking over Selina’s role as she has left us for a short period of time on her maternity leave to take care of her gorgeous baby girl. Ricky also took some time off work in May, due to the birth if his own beautiful baby, he is now back at work though, and is more than ready to calibrate not only your weighing equipment, but your temperature equipment too, both in-house and on-site.
As I am sure most of you know by now, Janet has retired from the company with plans to travel the world. Everyone here at Weighing Scales would like to wish her all the best for whatever the future holds, it has been a pleasure to work with Janet and she will be truly missed by us all, and by you too no doubt.
Subsequent to this, Dan has stepped up in the business and is now a Director (alongside John). Due to this, Wade has also stepped up and is now the Main Service Engineer. Not to worry though, Dan will still be out on the road doing what he loves, repairing and calibrating your scales to perfection!
Lindsay’s role has also changed, she is now the Office Manager here at Weighing Scales and will be more than happy to help with any queries you may have. Speaking of Lindsay, she will be taking part in a Full Monty performance for charity at the Mechanics in Burnley on September 14th. Lindsay will be confirming sponsorship details at a later date and it would be much appreciated if you joined us in supporting such a worthy cause.
